Dustin Turlington
Dustin is the President and founder of DAHL Properties, LLC. After spending the almost 20 years involved in the construction industry, he felt led to start DAHL with his wife, Angie. Dustin began working in the construction field after graduating from college. He has a wide variety of experience within the residential construction world. When Dustin first entered the industry, he worked very closely with a framing company. He learned quickly what’s involved in framing out a home, and the physical labor that went along with the title. He went from a framing company to working with a custom trim company. There he learned how to trim out newly built custom homes to include, but not limited to: staircases, cabinetry, setting of interior doors, complex crown installs and multi-piece trim details. He also learned how to build decks, porches, and complete all kinds of custom work. He then went to work for a remodeling company and learned what it took to remodel homes, especially kitchen and bathrooms. With remodeling being a very complex and almost always different situation, it taught him how to be diverse in his thinking and how to anticipate what is involved behind "closed walls." From there, he wanted to learn how to build homes, so he sought out a custom builder. He spent the last 12 years of his career learning how to build custom homes & additions, do extensive renovations, and complete complex multi-stage projects. Working with a custom builder broadened Dustin's experience and caused him to think outside of the box to problem solve. About 3 years after starting with the custom-building company, Dustin was put in charge of multiple projects. He has dealt with every stage of the construction process, from client initiation, design & customization, contractual agreements, to actual construction, completion, and turnover. Dustin has been responsible for well over 700 construction projects and prides himself on client satisfaction and doing what's right, no matter what.
Dustin believes that every project should be handled with care and dealt with as if it’s his own. Having clients often ask, "What would you do if it was your home?" has led him to a whole other level with his clients.
He also serves at church in many capacities, and has a heart for youth-age kids. When Dustin is not working on your project, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, going fishing, and watching sunrises and sunsets.
Angela Turlington
Meet Angela Turlington, a pivotal force in both the personal and professional realms of Dustin's life. As the devoted wife of Dustin, Angela has played a crucial role in the inception and launch of DAHL. With a background enriched by diverse retail experiences centered around ensuring customer satisfaction, Angela has seamlessly transitioned into her multifaceted role within the company.
For the majority of her career, Angela has served as the Turlingtons' homemaker, dedicating herself to raising their four children – Dillan, Haley, Levi, and Ava. Currently, Angela wears multiple hats as she manages DAHL's office tasks, oversees Quickbooks operations, and serves as Dustin's executive assistant. Her remarkable ability to balance professional responsibilities with the duties of a homemaker is a testament to her exceptional organizational skills.
Married to Dustin for 18 years, Angela finds fulfillment in family time, travel adventures, and a good cup of coffee. Her adept multitasking abilities and organizational prowess are evident not only in the business arena but also in her commitment to community service. Angela has dedicated her time to serving with the children and youth at her church for many years.
In essence, Angela Turlington is more than an executive assistant and homemaker; she is a cornerstone in the success of DAHL, a loving mother, and a community-minded individual whose talents extend far beyond the office walls.
Tiffany Caruso
Introducing Tiffany Caruso, the vital behind-the-scenes force at the heart of our operations. Joining our team as the Office Admin in February 2022, Tiffany brings a wealth of organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to her role.
Beyond the office walls, Tiffany's life is rich with love and connections. Engaged to her partner, John, Tiffany is not only a devoted mother to her sons, Landon and Jaxon, but also embraces the role of Bonus Mom to Aubrey, creating a close-knit and blended family.
Tiffany finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Crafting is a passion that allows her to express her creativity and create unique pieces that reflect her personality. Family holds a special place in her heart, and she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones. Whether it's enjoying a great cup of coffee, watching the sun set or enjoying the serenity of the beach, Tiffany understands the importance of balance and finding moments of peace in the midst of a busy life.
In her role as an Office Admin, Tiffany plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. Despite working behind the scenes, she takes great satisfaction in witnessing the entire journey of a project, from its inception to its completion. Doug Burmeister
Doug Burmeister is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, bringing over two decades of experience to his role as a Project Manager for DAHL Properties since September of 2022. In both his personal and professional life, Doug is known for his commitment and reliability. Celebrating two decades of marital bliss, Doug has been happily married to his wife Stacy since May of 2004. Their family is completed by their cherished daughter, Makayla, who is currently 17 years old.
As a Project Manager for DAHL Properties, Doug plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of various construction projects. He thrives on the hands-on aspect of his job, relishing the challenges and triumphs that come with each project. One of Doug's greatest joys is witnessing the satisfaction on clients' faces when a job is completed with excellence – a testament to his dedication to delivering quality work.
Beyond the construction site, Doug enjoys a variety of interests. Fishing is a favorite pastime, providing him with a sense of relaxation and connection with nature. He's also a skilled barbeque enthusiast, taking pleasure in crafting delicious meals for family and friends. Doug embraces the changing seasons, particularly reveling in the warmth of summer and the vibrant colors of fall.

Travis Lauderman
Meet Travis, our newest Project Manager at DAHL Properties. With nearly a decade of marital bliss alongside his wife Courtney and a total of 13 years together, Travis cherishes family above all else. Their love has blossomed into a beautiful family with two adorable kids, Levi and Madelyn, who bring joy and laughter into their lives every day.
Before joining the DAHL team, Travis honed his skills as a roofing production manager, where he learned the intricacies of managing projects with precision and efficiency. Prior to that, he spent 4.5 years at the shipyard, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Driven by a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, Travis thrives on witnessing the transformation from blueprint to reality. He finds immense satisfaction in seeing the finished product and takes pride in bringing construction projects to life, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.
Outside of work, Travis enjoys quality time with his family, whether it's boating adventures or spontaneous weekend trips. His commitment to his loved ones extends beyond the construction site, embodying the values of dedication, teamwork, and a zest for life.

Arthur Perez

With his beloved Krista by his side, Arthur shares the joys of parenthood with their two sons, Grayson and Hudson. Additionally, Arthur embraces the role of dad to Bella and Phoenix, fostering love and support within their blended family. With a decade of experience in the tile industry, Arthur's expertise is unparalleled. Before specializing in tile, he immersed himself in general construction, laying the foundation for his remarkable career. Dillan Turlington
Meet Dillan, an industrious 18-year-old construction assistant with a passion for both hands-on work and intellectual pursuits. Graduating high school in 2023, Dillan has already carved a path towards a bright future, showcasing exceptional skills in various endeavors.
Adept at working with his hands, Dillan thrives in the construction realm, where his assistance proves invaluable. Whether it's crafting structures, tackling projects, or engaging in tasks that demand precision, Dillan demonstrates a natural talent for all things hands-on.
Beyond the construction site, Dillan has a diverse range of interests. He possesses a keen enthusiasm for working on cars, demonstrating both mechanical prowess and a love for tinkering under the hood. Dillan's interests extend to the world of finance, where he actively engages in stock trading, showcasing a keen intellect and an entrepreneurial spirit.
